Join us to celebrate the magic of the Summer Solstice in the Hamptons. A quick land lesson for any newbies in the group (yes, this paddle is open to all levels, including brand new beginners), we then launch from the beach and spend about 30-45 minutes stand up paddling. Just before the sun sets, we drop anchor and tether to our mobile floating Yoga studio for a 30-45 minute practice on the board, followed by a short meditation and the sweetest floating Savasana ever. Upon paddling back to our launch spot, a bonfire awaits, along with some Channing Daughters rose and other refreshments, organic snacks, and seating.
