I intentionally keep retreats small and personable. We share meals and off-site adventures, which tends to create a friendly bond for our retreat group. To ensure that your yoga questions and requests are given the attention they deserve, I make myself available throughout the day.
At times, I may invite expert yogis, athletes, and nutritionists to co-guide our retreats so that you can make the most of the rejuvenating experience. JB Yoga retreats are open to everyone, regardless of age and practice level. Participants as young as 10 and as wise as 74 have joined in on the fun.
